Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi all, i am 30 year old. Taking 75 mg thyroxine tablet. My thyroid reports is TRI-IODOTHYRONINE (T3, TOTAL) - Result -1.35 Unit - ng/mL Bio Ref  - 0.7-2.04 Method -  CLIA THYROXINE (T4, TOTAL) Result -15.26 Unit - µg/dL Bio Ref range - 6.09-12.23 Method - CLIA THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) Result - 4.027 Unit - µIU/mL Bio Ref range - 0.34-5.60 Method CLIA Need to increase my tablet dosage? Thanks in advance

I have been suffering from continuous sneezing and cold from last 45 days. Earlier sometimes sneezing will occur followed by cold but now it is continuous. I got IGE and CBC tests done and it showed high level of ige. Please suggest about the condition. I have attched my report with this query.

My daughter aged 3 years 8 months old. She slipped from chair and fell down. She cried a lot. After 10 min we saw her left nostril was bleeding lightly. Also her gums in teeth got hurt and there was light blood. She's having adenoid pbm. She's having running nose for more than  2 weeks. Is this bleeding due to adenoid or a fall?
