Red spot on tongue
I got red spot on tongue and dry throat when ever wake up. My lips also getting dry I do lot of exercise and have plenty of fluids but this spots are nit going from past 2 weeks some time early morning when o remove plum from my throat I can see small blood also coming from red spots Attaching image plz suggest Nk

Good morning Dryness is mouth on waking up might be due to mouth breathing or snoring! The lesion over tongue looks like geographic tongue with fissures
