Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have had a cold for a week. My throat became really bad 2 days back. I cannot speak at all as no voice comes out. Have been taking Levofloxacin since the past two days but still my voice is not back. What can I do? And how long will it take to get normal again?

Can ther be a fever due to tonsils?? For how many days it remains?? I am giving her calpol 250 4ml since days,weight is 14.2kgs,Clarinova is started from today 5 ml twice a day,,,

My baby boy is suffering from cough and cold nearly one month..i went to three pediatricians but cough and cold is not cured.they done blood tests ,urine culture and blood culture.all samples are good and negative.but  cough is cured..it is high at Morining time and phlegm.what shouls i do now...plzzz guide me

I face difficulty breathing . ct scan of nose  done . reveals. 1.) DNS TOWARDS LEFT AND SPUR IN RIGHT . 2.)NASOPHARYNGEAL TONSIL ENLARGED. I HAVE AATACHED THE SCAN - PLEASE CHECK AND GUIDE IF DNS IS EXTREME AND IS SURGERY REQUIRED ,AND IS ADENOIDS MAXMALLY ENLARGED AND  IS ADENOIDECTOMY  REQUIRED .OR IT WILL GET BETTER WITH MEDICINES.. CURRENTLY ON FLUTICONE SPRAY FOR 1 MONTH BUT A LITTLE IMPROVEMENG BUT STLL PROBLEM IS THERE SHOULD I WAIT FOR 1 MORE MONTH

My mother of age 48 years is suffering from unilateral sensorineural hearing loss of 70 db. What can be the reason? She is not facing any other problems..is it common or to be worried.? What should we do? If hearing aid is not used , will she lost her hearing.. please help . I am very much worried.
