I have white spot on my tongue...it is not paining and the size is not increased...i have been noticing from 3 mnths...but now the size is slightly increased...and after eating it looks like white clear (bright) spot...is this serious?

Look for expert advice: My mom developed a sabaceous cyst in the sub mandibular region of the right neck, both the submandibular glands, thyroid glands everything is normal as per USG and Chest Xray is also normal, i am waiting for the FNAC report...and other blood tests will be done tomorrow...i also think those will be normal too as we have done blood tests for her in our yearly health checkup... As of now the ENT surgeon gave a levata a tablet and vitamin c... Is the surgery the ultimate solution here ? Can medicine cure this sebaceous cyst developed under the subcutaneous area ? When performing the FNAC, the radiologist was mentioning that after taking the sample, again in 2 days the cyst will refill...why does it refill? Why the internal wound doesn't heal on its own ?
