Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

In and around my nose area mucus gets formed daily, watery . My body kept generating mucus, I visited ENT doctor ,he gave allegra(allergy tablet ,with spray). I took it for 3 months of no use. Can any doctor know what else i Do. ( i don't drink cold stuff, don't consume sugar stuffs, I always wear mask when I go outside) but still mucus keeps generating and stored in right side of nose. It's affecting my daily life. Can I go for ayuvedic or unani ? As tablets hasn't had any effect

Suffering from 10 days due to throat pain and consulted two ENT specialist who prescribed antibiotic, gargling and pain killer medicines. The complete course is over and symptoms which reduced a bit during medicine are back again and unable to swallow as it pains. Also cough has started. What should be my next step please? There were no tests suggested yet.

My son suddenly started ear pain and the next day morning, we saw there is a pus coming from ear ans we went to hosp and the doctor told there is a infection and recommend for a lab ear swab culture and sentivity test and follow up 2 days later, after 2 days, we consult doctor with report, she said, it was normal, but she again took pus sample from ear and given it for microbiology department to check the bacteria, and after some time, she said bacteria present.  need to continue anti biotic medicine and follow up after 3 days. Now I am in little panic. She said, she will check ear after infection comes down and probably there might be a hole in eardrum. So, I was little panic.should I trust doctor and wait for the result . I want to know the second opinion.  She

Hi Doctor, I am 30 years old I don't have any major health issues so far. But in recent times while taking deep breath it was too hard for me... I am feeling very difficult to take a deep breath. I don't even have cold. I am just normal but unable to take deep breath. I don't have any idea which doctor I should approach for this. So for now I came here for ENT consultations. Hi, Are there any doctors who have experience in treating Laryngeal Sensory Neuropathic Cough? I have the problem of chronic cough for past 12 yrs. Cough starts mostly in winters or upon catching an infection and continues for 4-6 months. Cough is severe enough to interrupt my day to day life. Doctors have given different diagnosis like Asthma, Bronchitis, CVA, Hyper reactive airways etc. But no one could treat it. However, based on my extensive research on the internet, I suspect this problem to be laryngeal sensory Neuropathic Cough. The reasons why I suspect so are: 1. No breathlessness or wheezing. 2. Only coughing all day long 3. Coughing increase when in contact with cold/polluted air 4. No coughing during sleep 5. No coughing for few mins after waking up. 6. Asthma medicines/inhalers don't work 7. No coughing when too engrossed in some thing. If anyone have experience is treating such kind of problem then let me know please. Thank you
