My brother is complaining of several symptoms like-1. Choke-like feeling in the throat 2. Someone is grabbing his neck 3. Difficulty in swallowing food. He felt this after eating a cake followed by cookies 2 days back. Initially he had an allergy on his lips and tongue and after that suffered from this choke-like feeling. What should he do now? Which medical specialist should he consult?

I have rebound Congestion and surgery has been suggested already. Under burden of expenses I'm unable to go for surgery Although ENT specialist advised me to use FLONASE spray but it didn't work even once. Unfortunately i have to continue using MUCORIS nasal spray and i Don't know how much more i will use. Even steam doesn't help unclogging nose. ITS SEVERE when its blocked. I've facing nasal blockage in this time of year almost every year since 4-5 years also I get pain along my eyebrows and headaches too that go away.
