Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

A question for doctors: Can orbital cellulitis be caused from dirty water? My son recently had Orbital Cellulitis and responded to Iv antibiotics. He had congestion around ethnoid sinus, Maxillary sinus and sphenoid sinus. It started with fever. Prior to that he had some eye discharges only in the morning. Pediatrician diagnosed as Conjuctivitis. The thing is from conjunctivitis to fever, I don't remember him having cold or runny nose. He had cold atleast 1.5 months prior to these episodes. And it seemed to have resolved as he did not have any symptoms. Just 2 days before the fever episodes, We had gone to Lonavala from Mumbai and had used an open jacuzzi. The water did not seem very clean.

Please suggest some medicine or home treatment to resolve snoring problem. I am suffering from snoring problem.

I have moved to Bangalore in April month of 2022. Since then iam have had 3 ear infections and tinitus. How can I prevent any infections in future

My son is 3.7 years old, his right nose is fully closed inside and he cannot breath. He breaths through nose and wakes in between night chocking. As a mother i feel very helpless to see him like that. While eating too he breaths through mouth. I have checked with ENT they both gave a nasal spray and a medicine for night. My concern is with this will the growth go back or should I opt for operation to remove it.
