Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother suffered from covid 2 years back. After recovering doctor diagnosed that she was having osteomyelitis on her upper jaw near maxillary sinus bone, to treat which the bone was removed. Now there is no partition between nose and mouth in the right side. Can anyone please suggest if we can get reconstruction without extraction any existing bones from the body.

I am suffering from sinus , blocked nostrils and sputum. There has been pinching pain in my ear when i wake up from bed and i am having a hearing problem in one ear. Also i have dry eyes and a nose for the past one day

I have been having this ear pain right side and also left side, and is causing me  headache like constant pressure on my head the right ear  keeps itching me inside feeling so uncomfortable, and irritated...

My 3-month-old baby failed the initial OAE test for one ear. We have done the test two times one after birth and another after 2 months.Dr suggested for the BERA test. Recently we have done that and it suggested sevear hearing loss for both ears.not sure what should be the next course of action. Should I need to consult an ENT for my baby? Any good ENT suggestions in Kolkata/ Delhi.

I have this problem since 12 years...i have difficulty problem when I eat rice feels it stuck in my throat but it does not stuck...it is in starting mouth portion...i had consult with gastro,ent all test done endoscopy, colonoscopy,throat endoscopy all r ok but still face same problem...it is not regular problem it goes and comes..can any of u tell me what is the reason for this

From past 9 months I have to spit post nasal drip like mucus almost every morning and daily I have sore throat and have to clear my throat every time.. From 6 months I feel like I have blocked nose in both nostrils like sometimes.. Not symptoms of allergic rhinitis... Kindly suggest some medicines for sinusitis please
