Just while sitting I accidentally touched location near my ear and felt small hard ball type structure photo attached. What is it ?

Undergone surgery for nasal polyps (right side) 4 times , median maxillectomy done last biopsy report Inverted Papilloma. Still having issues with recurring polyps. At present have swelling over right cheek .FNAC report Atypical Squamous Papilloma. Consulted Dental surgeon, CBCT report odontogenic cyst in right maxillary sinus and sinonasal Polyposis. Suggested removal of premolar teeth with cyst . Kindly give me better advice , what should I do... I'm very much concerned about my health.
