Ethmoid Artery Damage
How frequently is the above damaged during FESS and has anyone experienced it? Is this the easiest one to damage during surgery?

It can happen, literature says  but not on routine basis..

It's  a  complication of fess anterior ethmoidal artery is most commonly dammge  causes orbital hemorrhage
