Crusts after septoplasty
Had my septoplasty  and adenoidectomy 2 weeks ago , in chennai apollo , currently there are crusts in nose in one side , which is making difficult to breathe , how to remove them without touching as i am advised not to put fingers in nose , i cant visit the doctor as i have come to my hometown , jow to get rid of crusts

Thr are methods and sprays to use to get rid of it. Still I would suggest you to visit an ENT specialist locally as sometimes it's to be removed manually by dr

1)liquid paraffin 2-3 drops three times a day 2)nasal douching with saltnase /nasowash 3)don’t blow nose

It needs to get remove by specialist . Otherwise do saline nasal wash 3-4 times in a day

Start using nasal rinsing kit 12hrly. Put paraffin drops.
