Bathing and gymming
When can i start bathing normally after septoplasty , its been 2 weeks ,since my surgery ,and when can i start gymming , and do i need nasal douching or will  i have to continue using solespray ,

Good afternoon There are no restrictions post septoplasty But gymming is to be better avoided atleast for 3-4 weeks as to avoid any trivial trauma (healing needs to take place) Bathing can be done immediate post op

U can start normal bathing even  immediately after the surgery Regarding nasal douching and sole spray the dr operating u will b able to tell you
