Cough from last 2 year
Hello,
I am having cough from last 2 years. It is mild normally but sometimes it gets worse. My cough starts after end of the day I.e.,after 6.00 p.m. My age is 23 and I am male. Please help.

You problem could be secondary to post nasal drip arising out of sinusitis. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to evaluate further and determine the treatment accordingly. Antihistamines and topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
