Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, i have severe toothache with headache pain on eyebrow. Visited ent specialist and confirmed as sinus. Doctor prescribed tablets. I have severe dark circle too. Wil the sinus medication help me to relieve for dark circle. Came through an article, dark circle could be due to sinus. I have dark circle issue for 10yrs. Now it is worsen.

So I have had a cold for the past few days and now my throat is irritating way too much. It's kind of burning and also makes me feel really uncomfortable. What should I do?

I have a vertigo. In MRI it is showing type-2 AICA loop in left ear. Can the loop be removed by surgery? And what is the complexity? I have tried multiple treatments. Nothing is helping. Please advise.

My baby is 2 months old and failed OAE test in 23 days. Pediatric ENT checked the ear using otoscope and confirmed no debris not no fluid. He couldn't detect anything suspicious through otoscope and advised to take oae test in couple of weeks. I did a oae test again at 56 days and it came as refer again.  PFA reports. Consulted with him again and he advised us to take BERA at 3 months old. We are deeply depressed currently. Any possibility of BERA coming normal in this scenario. If so ,what is that condition why such abnormality in OAE report. Note : my baby was born at 38 weeks and 2.48kg . He had respiratory distress and was admitted in NICU and got discharged in 2 days.

Hi, My baby had failed for the OAE test for the 2nd time at 2 months ,first one was taken at 23 days. ENT has confirmed that there is no debris or fluid present and asked us to take BERA test at 3rd month. Are there any possibility of BERA to come normal in this instance?

I have runny nose from last 4 days. Now my nose is paining and at night difficult to breathe. Pls suggest me the treatment.

Hello, since 4 days I've been experiencing variety of symptoms including muscle aches, neck pain, moderate headaches, sore throat(today my vocals hurt and I can't speak, they feel swollen) pain in head when I cough hard, the symptoms were seemingly getting better in the last 2 days but today they kinda came back, I'm a smoker and I drink a lot of caffeine, which meds do I take? Good evening doctors, i did an MRI contrast Angio for neck yesterday & today impression says: T2W and STIR hyperintense and T1w hypointense homogeneous enhancing lesion is seen in the right lobe of the thyroid measuring ~3.8 x 1.3cms and another similar lesion seen in the midline measuring ~1.4 x 1.4cms. No evidence of tracheal compression or infiltration into surrounding structures noted. Multiple lobulated T2w and STIR heterogeneous and T1W hypointense enhancing lesions are seen in bilateral level II and III, largest one measuring 5.1 x 3.5 x 2.5cms in right level III and displacing the right sternocleidomastoid muscle anteriorly. No evidence of carotid vessel compression seen. All your helpful opinion/suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thank you
