Saline nasal sprays
How long should i use isotonic saline nasal spray after septoplasty. i had it on 25-02-23 , doctor has advised to use it for 5 days 3 times , should i stop it after that or use more , and otriving spray is advised to be used for 5 days what should be done , and no antibiotics has been prescribed

Ideally depends on the nasal examination and the surgeons advice
For a septoplasty atleast for a week or two will be sufficient

U can stop after 2 weeks but also depends on the condition of the nasal cavity
So better to clinically evulate then decide
