Lump at back of tongue
Hello doctor
I am 20 yers old. Around 2 weeks ago, I felt that there is a lump at back part of tongue on left side. It was paining since then only during swallowing. But yesterday, I felt like it's size decreased and there was no pain for a while. Then it started paining also without swallowing. Should I be worried? Is it cancer or something?
