I had my septoplasty and adenoidectomy on 27-02-23 i,e, on saturday , i have a few querries regarding precautions-
1. as my hospital was far from hotel , i had to go to hospital in auto( 3 wheeler( , for follow on , so in auto there is some jerking , and so will this affect me , is my bone gonna deviate agan.
2) after 3 days of seotoplasty i had an appointment with an eye doctor , and so i had to use liftts ,there so , on using lift i felt some pressure on nose , so is it normal or it will lead to hazardousn circumstances in future
3.) its been 5 days of my seotoplasty , but still nose blocked , doctor told thar because i havent started breathing through nose and because of some crust ,and gave me daline spray , so is it normal ,
4) something as there is breathelessnrss i put a bit pressure on inhaling throigh mouthe , so will it do harm to my nose.and lastly can i travel in plane.
please tell me other PRECAUTIONS

Kindly make a note that you wont touch the operated area very frequently and YOU CAN RESUME TO WORK OR DO DAILY ACTIVITIES very regularly no inhibitions
Using lift or travelling through various modes of transport is not to be worried off u can use but BE CAUTIOUS WHEN YOU GO OUT WEAR MASKS in order to prevent infection
Nasal obstruction can occur due to secretions or crustations kindly use prescribed nasal medications
Yes u can travel in flight
