42 days of septoplasty and adenoidectomy
It been 6 weeks (42 days) of septoplasty and adenoidectomy , now the nose blocks due to some dirt and all , so can i use my fingers to remove them , is it safe now to put fingers inside nose , and am i allowed to do everything like before without any restriction , are there any restrictions to be followed now

Hi Since you are in post operative state, you have crusting. Nasal douching works best post septoplasty. Learn from your operative surgeon how to perform nasal douching. No nasal picking. You can also use nasoclear nasal spray to ease the crust to come out of nose
