I can understand your concern.
Best Doctor to do adenoidectomy would be any ENT specialist near you or at any good hospital near you.
Adenoidectomy isn't something like a open heart surgery type of a thing.
Price we cannot say because we don't know what it will cost where you will be going.
Once you consult someone, they will tell the price.
But in govt. Hospital it will be very very cheap.
