Small bump in the head
I have a small bump (lump) in the head for last 3 years. It started very small but now it had  grown to around 1-1.5 cm and looks stable for time being. It doesn't hurt or anything. When pressed hard it feels like a concentrated fat. Kindly let me know if it is a cause of concern. Thanks.

Deafness in on ear.
My hearing capacity in right ear is almost nil, which has gradually decreasing past 15 years. I was told it is because of Manieres disease and the damage is irreparable. Is it true ? As such I am comfortable with left one which is 100 per cent perfect. Now it's sociological problem. Will hearing aid do ? Regards.

Nose and throat
I have breathing problems. When i showed it to my doctor he says the excessive blood circulation in sinus makes it swell and thats why it blocks the passage of air to breathe in or out. When i use this nasal spray called Otrivin Adult i start breathing just fine but the effect lasts only 6-8 hours. What do i do?
