I am 16 years old and from childhood, having problem of cough and cold,due to which I also have headache. please suggest me a home made idea to solve this

Hi Kindly consult an ENT specialist to look if you have any deviated septum or hypertrophied turbinates…. Observe for allergens triggering your cold and avoid exposure to it …. For cough its important to take a COMPLETE course of treatment if discontinued in between results in recurrence…
