Im having dark neck, ive applied several cream but not effect, please help me to get rid of this problem Please provide some information about this problem

Hey , it could be due to sun burn or allegy to necklace , in allergy there is itching , if its sun burn apply sun screen lotions , cover your neck completely from sun . avoid sun rays ,consult dermatologist
