Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi , from 3-4 weeks I am facing a lump inside my mouth, its not paining. But it's not going to leave. I am not feeling easy , it touches my tongue . it's size increases in day and reduces in night. Please tell me any medicine or lotion . please guide me

After a football hit my nose, i had bleeding from left nose. There was pain for a couple of days and i was not able to blow nose. Bleeding was just once, at the time of injury. It's been a month now and there is no pain, swelling or problem while blowing nose or touch or anything, nor is there any sort of bleeding, but i have cold and nose block since the day of injury. I have been using Nosikind - 0.1% , but the respite is temporary. After every 6-7 hours, the nose is again blocked (left nose mainly). The blockage was too much initially, which has now decreased, but is consistent now, no more improvement since last week. Please suggest.

I cant bear this cold, my throat pains and dust allergy, in rainy season i will suffer from heavy cold headache i use to take tablet but it is harmful to my health please suggest me good medicine,

My Mother feels Dizziness and unsteady at times when standing. She has ringing noise in her ear and can't hear properly, occasional vomiting sensation. Please advise.

I used earbuds to clean my ears on last wednesday, after that my left ear started paining. Last friday I used to listen one song on the early morning using headphone. After that I feel like that song keeps repeating in my mind. This monday i.e. yesterday, that repetition of same song troubles me more and causing headache and vomiting tendency. Yesterday Night I visit one doctor of ENT, he cleaned lot of wax from my left ear. But still I am listining the same song in head, it keeps irritating to me. Kindly give some suggetions.

Running nose past a week. Had travelling from singapore to delhi on 9th April. Since then suffering from cold.

My brother has undergone angioplasty a month back. He is having frequent nose bleeding right after the angioplasty. Whenever he sneezes or coughs, blood come out of his nose and mouth. Please suggest. Thnx

Eating chalk on a regular basis has become my habit.I am strongly addicted to eating chalk.Is this harmful in any way to my body?

I have been given nosal spray for desensitization of runny nose from ENT. After using it for a specific time, does it over sensitize my condition ? Is there any way that could permanently desensitize my nosal from runny nose ?
