Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My father is suffering from sinus related problem for the past 3 months. After putting him on many antibiotics & nasal decongestant now doctor is saying to perform a endoscopic sinus surgery on him.i just want to know how much will b d total cost for sinus surgery in mumbai.how much basically the ENT and the respective hospital charges to patient for endoscopic sinus surgery.

Dr, I am having a shooting pain in my left side of the throat. Though I am not able to guess from where the pain starts. I am able to eat normally with out pain. But after yawning i feel pain in the left side of the throat. Please advice.
