Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My friend has got severe problem of running nose. It persists almost daily from his childhood. Even if he eats anything cold or exposed to dus, the problem starts. Recently did a CT Scan of whole face and the result that came was "mild left DNS." ENT Doctor suggested to operate it through endoscopy. Is operation an only solution to this problem or is there any medication available for the same? Kindly suggest.

Since last three days i have throat pain and i am not able to hear properly in public places and when someone speaks in low voice.I have very little pain in years .

Since few months I am feeling little bit pain and eichy near nose hole inside my month ? Is it because of AC which I use every day? Infection or due to poluation or chennai heat ? Or anything else, please advice . Thanks Tarjan

My both ears getting pain from last two weeks and lightly blood is coming in one ear. And I used ear drops is there any affect for this. Please give good medicine to cure this problem.

Most of the time my nose block.. usually i am taking octravin for normal breathing. how i can come to normal. does this problem because of my smoking habit.

Having ear sound since Apr 25th started with mild sound and oozing sound from right ear. Right ear oozing stopped in 10 minutes on the same day but back ground sound continued. The sound is predominately coming from left side only. Consulted ENT and taken antibiotics and nasal spray but not much of help. The intensity of sound varies from time to time. I am suffering with nose blocking and cold. While sleeping breathing problem.left side looks blocked.I have consulted ent surgeon and done CTPNS test. Told as left side sinus and infection. Need to do surgery as soon as possible no medicin. Please advice me for sinus only surgery is solution. Can I go for second opinion. I have htn and using olmzest 20 daily. After surgery it will cure permenantly. Any complications due to surgery I have dependents. Please suggest.
