  4. Ulcer/outgrowth in throat. This a cyst?

Ulcer/outgrowth in throat
I see a whitish outgrowth in my throat. What could it be? And what are the remedies? Is this a cyst? I drink a lot of tea and very hot beverages.

From the photographs there are two possibilities. 1. Food debris in tonsilar crypt. Or 2. Tonsilar cyst. Both conditions are harmless , so please let them alone.
