Hi there...I can understand your concern. The only way to stop allergic rhinitis, is to stop coming in contact with the allergen. There's no specific treatment for allergy. Medications will only help suppress the allergy for sometime. You will have to identify what is causing you the allergies and avoid it. You can go in for tests like skin prick test and find out what you are allergic to. Most common allergens are dust, pollens, bed and pillow dust, few foods. You can also visit a Ent specialist who will further councel. There are few methods like immunotherapy done nowadays after the specific allergen has been identified.
