From past 1week i have cough and cold..for me cold wont come out it wil block in nose itself (only in rare condition if get it out)..from 2daz my both ears and nose got blocked ..sometimes if i check there wil b light pain in my left ear..what to do..what actually happening i don't know..

Hello..
Well it's a common symptom in cold...I suggest you to take steam atleast 3 times in a day..it will help in relieving your cold...try to have warm water and food..cover yourself well...you may need anti histamines like cetrizine for cold .. consult a physician ..thank you
