Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi am aged 29 whenever i speak or laugh am getting cough continuosly. Its being for more than a month. Even i had the same problem before 6 months and have consulted a doctor and taken x ray for chest and everything was normal. And some time continuous hi-cups .Now again am facing the same problem. Kindly advice

My ears have been blocked and I am not being able to hear clearly for more than a year. And I also have lumps on my throat .it's been there for more than a year too.

I am suffering immense pain in my mouth.my premolar is erupting due to which I could not open my mouth tell me what to do.plz provide the treatment.

I have harmonal inbalance problm yesterday i did haemogram test.doctor told me i have some infections and he prescribed me allegra 120 mg please suggest me. I am adding reports too

3 surgery made in RE for oozing with smell. Last surgery was in dec 2013 by kanakaraja. Oozing stopped but still existing as wet. Now it's inside is fully infected and seen yellow wax N start to ooze

I have asthma and i get cold almost 365 days in a year. Even though i avoided food from fridge directly my nose gets blocked most of the time. Is it because of regular headbath?? When i take steam also its tough to breathe in. I clean nose n take steam again but it gets jammed immideately again. Most of the times i breathe through mouth. How to reduce it?

I have fullness in one ear.and slight heaviness in one side of head.i have cold now.recently visited a ent doctor.he said i have congestion in ear drum and prescribed me L-dio plus tab.i do not have ear pain,no ear discharge.My question is:do i need antibiotics?

I have a problem of intenal swelling in nose .not exactly I say becoz I can not understand properly. What is inside my nose ...I breath easly .bt when I internally suck air ...It feel like something in their my internal part of my nose which connect like just upper part of throat.simply mins that my eternal nose is not clear ..I want to drink cold water bt I can't becoz of this ...plz tell me right suggestion what can I do for this ..

For last few days (6-7), we are seeing a red sopt in my sisters right ear. That spot is soft. And little bit bigger than normal. I am attaching photo of that place. She wear ear rings, but that never caused any problem before. So we are not sure why it's like this now. She is physically handicaped. So we are not able to know anything more from her. Any advice would be much helpful.Thank you in advance.
