Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My problem is blocking nose and nasal allergy my dns has been in 2001 but i have suffering from sneezi nose and block nose and nasal allergy cough in nasal so please guide me what treatment i need?

My baby is 7 month old and is suffering from ear pain in left ear..he suffered with same 2 months back as well..i am not able to figure out the reason for 1. Recurring ear pain 2. Pain only in one ear Please advise on same..

I have a pain in my throat from last 3-4days. Until 2 days back there was a feeling of a severe obstruction in the throat passage. From last 2 days that obstruction is not there but but throat is paining and I face difficulty while swallowing something. Throat is mostly dry

I cosulted ayurvedic doctor and he prescibed sootshakarrasa and bringarajarasa, after taking this medicine I found improments in stomach. But for sinus still facing lot of problems. I am taking kanchanara guggulu for sinus and facial massage using gingelly oil. Please help me. Will I get improments after long treatment after continuing medicine for perticular period,(instead of wasting my time). Please help me.

I have gone through a Audiometry test recently for a pre employment medical examination purpose. The audio diagram shows the threshold of 25db which goes to 40db at 4000Hz and comes again at 25db for frequency higher than 4000Hz. I want to know how serious is this issue and how to cure this problem?

I have severe cold from past two weeks, I sneeze whenever I get up in the morning. I have problem in breathing as well, trying to breathe from mouth.

My ear upper skin is black black spot and there is difference between skin's real color and black upper skin color (near canal). It looks so weird.. Suggest me on how to cure it to match the actual skin color.. Should I have to see it to drametologist or ear specialist.. ?
