Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have got a pimple in my ear. It's inside and painful. Please suggest what can be done. It's been 3 days

I drank karela juice(bottled one) for two days and on the second day my mouth started paining. The next day I saw some redness on my tongue and my gums started paining. The day after that my tongue become extra sensitive and small white ulcers below the tongue and on the side. It's been 4 days and the pain continues. Is there any herbal remedy or I need to get myself checked.

Throat irritation with dry cough light flem + body pain with light fever. Normal multiple motion passage.

Hi, i am having a problem that regards my face, one week recently i had a 3 days headache daily and i took paracetamol every day for that 3 days after that my headache disappeared and i am fine, now the problem is on the first day of headache my face puffed out by half an inch and its not coming to normal position, body weight is same from last 3 months to today but my face have gone swelled, every one asking why your face have swelled out, i said i don't know, my friends giving me so many reasons like having kidney,heart, liver... So on, so please help me out what is my real problem is....

I have eaten small piece of  chewing gum what should I do? Is there any problem  what should I eat now ?

My nose is bend/crooked please tell me solutions. It's naturally bend no accident. No any problems. One problem is lightly breathing problem

I have had tinnitus for a week now. My ENT says it's due to sinus. I got 2 hearing tests done but the ringing is getting worse and I don't feel like I can live anymore.

Had dengue August 15th 2016 -19th 2016 Had a sudden clogged feeling and lost hearing on 7th September 2016 Went to an ENT, he suggested nothing much and gave a vitamin tablet. Was not satisfied as I knew it was more than that. Visited another ENT, he diagnosed SNHL on 12th of September 2016. He prescribed steroid 30mg(2*5 days).. 12mg((2*5 days)...12mg(1*5days). Didnt work much... Then visited again... Had an audiometry done... One ear 40decibl(good ear) and 72decibl (bad ear, right) Now they say nothing can be done other than wait... Kindly suggest me if I should seek for more medical advice or leave it on God.

My thyroid has a goiter. It has been scanned and a biopsy has been performed. The reports suggested that it is a regular goiter. Some doctors are suggesting surgery and some not. I would like to know if a surgery is required or not/

Due to sinus frequently getting head ache and ear pain also getting pain through out right side of body could you please know me whether am in safe or should take any serious action
