Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi , recently I've been suffering from cold cough. But along with that sometimes when I try to do bigger breath in I feel like my chest is full n paining like a vising problem. I have this problem even after a very very good tiring workout.

My lymph nodes are swollen. My whole jaw is paining specifically at wisdom tooth. Not able to eat anything.

What could be the exact reason for sinus block and what and all happens due to that? As I'm undergoing surgery for that So How i can avoid in future? Plz reply

I am suffering from tonsilitis...whatever i eat it will get stuck in tonsils (cut on side of tonsil). My one side tonsil pocket is open and watever i eat it will get stuck then i have to remove with some instruments then one yellowish colour ball will come out i.e tonsil stones...but there is no swelling only problem is I want that pocket to be close. Had cold before 2 months for 2weeks..after 2weeks cold got cured.but, voice remains coldish even after cold is gone.iam worried little.but no other complications and am living happily my normal life.so please help with remedy.
