Everytime i feel like my nose is heavy ,and my one nose will be close every morning.sometimes i feel pain in my nose while i am climbing or traveling in steep road

You can be having a deviated nasal septum which can cause such symptoms.Pain in the nose can be due to dryness. Do not pick your nose. Further investigation like a CT scan of the nose and sinuses will be required for you to set to right.
