Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Doctor, from last few days i feel the urge to swallow saliva and when i try to swallow i get feeling of choking. I also feel a lump in throat while swallowing. I get this same feeling while eating or drinking anything. Kindly help me with this.

Xray was done for my wife in a lab ( nose or sinus xray ) and in report following things are written 1) Nasal septum is deviated to left 2) Nasal mucosa thickened bilaterally 3) Bilateral ITH noted. Please tell what does mean? Is this a serious issue ? Other points are also there but all is normal like Soft tissue Ethmoid, sphenoid , maxilurgy normal. Report attached. Please tell the effects of first 3 points ? What is the effect and what should I do

Hi I'm suffering from cervical spondylosis. Recently undergone dental filling to my left upper wisdom teeth. Since past 3 days I am suffering from horrible soothing / pinching pain inside the front left neck muscle. Went to an ent specialist and found my throat is perfect. Went back to the dentist who treated me she prescribed a thyroid profile test. Is this a symptom of serious thyroid? Please suggest.

Hi I just came back from Africa and there was a lot of dust there. And since (1 days ago) I am back I have been experiencing a lot of weird feeling in my throat. I went to general practician and he told me there is some infection do you think I should go and see a ent ?

I hav been suffering by tickling in my both ears .i always have to keep using ear bud to get rid of this . Plz. Suggest any permanet treatment for this.

Sir i am from eluru on 30th of may 2016 i got removed my keliod on left ear by you and now i have take steroids but here in eluru i went to a dermatogist for this injections but she said that if we give steroids you will ear will become a califlower you must take only cryotherpy for keloid other wise it will come again she said...i need your suggestion sir... thank you in advance..

Throat is paining from a week. I have tried cough syrup also. But noting seems to work. Is it a common thing or am I suffering from a serious disease

Have recurring pain in foot, when I walk too long, almost a year after a fracture in the 5th meta tarsel (which has healed as per the xray).

Very frequently I am getting affected by cold. And I hv to suffer for 10 to 15 days maximum. During that time, my voice is changing, it's becoming too harsh and voice is becoming nasal. I can't speak loud also...what would be the reason. This is a very severe problem for me. Every time when I get cold, I will be depressed completely, as it irritates me alot. What would be the reason for the change of my voice. Pl suggest some remedy.

When i was sleeping . My one side nose was blocked so please kindly give me a better sollution to stop this
