Acute sinusitis
Hi, i've been dealing with nasal congestion for the past 2 years. Consulted general physician, ayurveda, sidhdha and then ent. Now decided to do surgery tomorrow as per ent advice. Attached my CT scan report which was took 6 months back. Any suggestions? Can surgery cure it permanently? Help needed.

You will need FESS on the left side and may need limited FESS on right side. You also need a long follow up after surgery and  steroid nasal spray to prevent recurrence.
