  4. Cough for my five yr old. Pls help!

Cough for my five yr old
My five year old daughter is coughing too much since yesterday. Last night she had severe cough and could not sleep. I gave her salbutamol sulphate syrup IP 5ml in the morning and at noon. Her cough doesn't seem to improve. She vomited the entire lunch which was foamy and sticky. I also gave her flagyl suspension for gargling in the morning and at noon. Pls help

Hi, then she needs to be examined for congestion in the chest. She needs to be auscultated to look for crepts. She might need an antibiotic syrup if she continues to cough.
