Head ache while constant seeing huge problem of sneezing dizziness due to this can't concentrate on any thing continuously head ache starts if I try to do it forcefully respiratory prob after having full meal

you are probably suffering from sinusitis. go for xray PNS ,AEC & IGE levels. you will benefit from anti-allergic medicines. meanwhile ,take tab sinarest sos for symptomatic relief.
