Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear is blocked because of wax. How do I remove it. There is slight pain as well. Please suggest home remedy if any.

I've been diagonosed with rhinitis and given antihistamine for 3 days. It hasn't improved. My eyes are itchy and there is lot of sneezing,nose blockage and throat tickles.

My 11 months baby getting smell from right ear since two days.. but we are cleaning daily while he tooks bath... Can u plz let me know what to do..
