Hello Sir, I have sore throat pain in right side of my neck from 10 days. I used to smoke cigarettes, now I have stopped. I used to gargle with salt warm water ,2-3, times a day .drink hot water with basil leaves. And a spoon of honey after gargal. But pain in my neck is still persisting.. Please suggest me.
