Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi,i undergone rhinoplasty last year after that my nose get some type of cartilage or thickness just on both the alar...so can.i get that out with another rhinoplasty?

Whenever i use my headphones and earphones i seem to hear less sound through my right ear and all the sound comes focused on the left ear. This started happening after i cleaned only my left ear with earbuds and water and didnt clean right ear and now tried different headsets but the music through right is lower than the left ear

My mother had normal voice but past 4 months she is not able to speak properly. We cannot understand what she is saying. She has problem in her throat. She is having problem in swallowing anything.

This hissing sound is there since over a year. No earache or fever..............................................

I am having cough and I can't eat properly.i feel very weak and uncomfortable.I am a throat cancer patient I completed my treatment. I was fine after the treatment but now I am suffering from headache and neck ache . Is this cancer reuccerence.Is there any treatment for cancer reuccerence

My mom had a sore throat yesterday. All of a sudden in the middle of the night, she found difficulty in breathing . She said she could inhale but couldn't exhale efficiently. What are the immediate first things to do at home if such things happen? What are the home remedies?

My uvula and its surrounding area have remained extremely red with several pimples all around for 3 days now. My tonsils are not enlarged. I'm having fevers for 2-3 hours twice a day which reach 102 F. The medicines I'm taking as prescirbed by a local doctor are Augmantin TDS, Nimesulide P TDS, B Complex BDS, Citrezine BDS, Renitidine ODS.

I have been having some kind of tightness in the neck as well as some intermittent sore throat. Sometimes I can feel it and sometimes I cant. This is the case for almost a week now. What can be the issue?

I've had something blocking my nose breath since I was little. One side is more closed than the other but the sides change, I guess when I lay on a side for too long.My mother has the same problem.
