Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mom is suffering from vertigo with projectile vomiting since last 4 months now. Initially her problems used to last for 5-6 hours but that has increased to 12hrs. Vomiting doesnt stop until medicines are injected. Her MRI,ENG,maneuver,Neck Xray,blood tests,audiometry,pressure test are normal. Still doctors say its Menieres. nothing seems to work

I am 26 yrs old woman. I have repetitive Throat pain with fever after every 10 days. Throat Swab test is normal , ESR 28mm , immunoglobin 1ge serum = 131. I have thyroid - TSH 3.9 , T4 - 14. Please suggest as repetitive fever and body aches is killing me.

White plaque on right tonsil for last 3days. It's progressively increasing in size. No fever, ear pain or throat pain. I had a recent attack of Influenza 7 days back. I was in amoxicillin clavunate for 7days.
