Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Posting for the second time regarding my last issue, i had sore throat and pain while swallowing anything. Ent Specialist suggested me these medicine for 7 days. i had these all on time, still i can find some redness at the very end of my throat and red lining, my throat get too DRY and IRRITATION all the time, cough starts at the night. much worri

Yesterday evening ... during dinner ..it happened ...that a small fish born got stuck to my throat...I tried ...to remove it by consuming ...warm rice ...and had. A beer too ...(alcoholic ..substances)...but still couldn't ... remove the fish bone ...so can u suggest ...me ... What are the Treat ..and infection of it ...??? Should I go and show it to a doctor ...??? Is it removable with a doctor instrument???

I went swimming 5 days before and from then onwards my right ear is blocked by water and i have tried to many ways to get it out but still it is there. I am not sure that is it really water or there is excessive ear wax which is deeper in my ear as we were not able to see anything in light
