I am a throat cancer patient I completed my radiation treatment but now I feel very weak and mild headache. There is a swelling on the neck which pains when I eat. Plz help me. Is this cancer reuccerence

Post radiation mucositis is common after radiotherapy. It might not be recurrent tumor
