Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There are some moles grown inside mouth and on the tongue making me unable to eat anything spicy and I have already taken B- complex tablet but since one week it is being paining a lot.

I am facing this proplem since last one an half year. I have consulted with doctors but not geting proper solution. It feels like somthing is stuck in my throat, feeling is just like taping a finger on my throat from out side. There is mild pain in ears. This feeling is fluctuated in times. Sometimes feels better,sometimes feeling is more prominant
