Double ear infection

I got ear pain in both ears late Wednesday to Thursday morning. I had double ear infection. My doctor (on Thursday) gave me amoxicillin and Prednisone (spelling?) for infection and inflamation. My left ear has since unplugged but my right ear is hurting. It is leaking brown fluid and hurts. Is this still just infection running through?

Last night at dinner I was eating my meal which was rice and fish (I forgot what kind of fish). I took a big bite from the burger wrapped in foil and a spoonful of rice from my meal.
