Is there any permanent solution for sinusitis in Ayurveda, last week I met ent specialist he suggested to go for operation I have uploaded the CT scan report and please help me Waiting for your suggestion.

I've had what I think was a perforated eardrum, which seemed to get better on its own, but now 2 months later it has been feeling uncomfortable again and my hearing has been affected but is comes and goes so I think it could be an Infection or the damaged eardrum hasn't healed properly without some treatment?

About 6 weeks ago I've had a cough and snotty nose itchy eyes and a sore throat, after about 6 weeks I went to the doctor coz I think it's hay fever , doctor gave me some tablets I'm worried that my cough could be lung cancer it is phlegmy but I've put that down to postnatal drip coz it feels like it's dripping down there
