JNA excision 3 times
I have been already operate 3 times 2011 2014 nd 2016 but last ct scan report indicate that 1.1×0.7 and 1×0.7 cm sized enhancing nodular lesion is seen .......... So what'reason

It seems to recurrent angiofibroma. Most of the time it is because of regrowth of remnant tumor. You should consult Dr. Satish Jain of Jain ENT hospital Jaipur or Dr Janakiraman of royal pearl hospital trichy as they are pioneers in angiofibroma surgery
