I have a lump from 15days in left side of my sub mandibular region. In a test I observed that I have more number of tlc in my body 21600 is it harmful for me?

TLC IS VERY HIGH PLEASE VISIT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN FOR FURTHER MANAGEMENT
