Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir my throat in tonsil side red and in difficult of throat and red type throat and pulling in iniside

When I look at the back of my throat, there are three red, medium sized bumps all in a line. Is this normal?

Pharyngitis for more than two months. Reddish white granular spots on tonsils and throat. ENT prescribed antibiotics, antacids and anti allergens for the last two months but there is no sign of curing. Apart from it the right part of the throat is causing discomfort while swallowing, drinking and eating. Feels like something is stuck.

My right nostril passage takes very less air and I feel owing to the shape it is blocking air flow. I feel my right half of body is a little heavy and blocked. Do I need to go for a procedure to overcome this obstruction in the nostril. Please suggest.

I get bad breath from no where for months, and woll go away for few months. Now i am having bad breath for few months. I started brushing twice, usong mouth wash bit still after few hours bad breath comes back. When i scrape my tounge it is yellow in color in scrapper. I dont have any decaying tooth nor have any decaying gum. What should i do?
