Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Something stuck in throat finding difficult to breathe.have tried gargling, steaming, coughing, drinking warm water..but no help.please advise

I have fever in range of 101- 102 deg farehnite since yesterday . It's not coming down temporarily also after taking dolo 650 every 6 hours based on doctor's advise. I have sore throat and lot of sputum formation since afternoon . Sometimes it is shivering . I am taking antibiotic course based on advise of ent specialist however I am worried why temperature is not dropping at all.

Cough problem more at night time . Chest is clear. Seems issue in thorat. Sometimes it is dry & sometimes with sputum

Air I have red bumps on back of throat from 1 month bt they are painless.and I have also digestion problem also. Have smoked around 5 cigarate per day.

I have a lump the size of a pea in front of my right ear and want to check if it's a serious issue. It hurts if i touch/press it. It's been there for around a week.
