Hello,
I'm 27 and for the last month and a half I have a sore throat. Few days ago I noticed a strange lump inside my throat, that was not there before. I have no idea what this could be. Also the top of my mouth is yellowish. I had my tonsils removed when I was 3 years old. I would attach a picture but not sure how.

Pain in right side of the throat while s
Pain in right side of the throat while swallowing, even salaiva. Pain gets mild if warm drink is taken but re appears next morning. Usually when i wake after a nap i feel the pain more.
