Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Think waste wax deposit my ear when I move the ear than clear voice come otherwise seems air bubble.

Pain in ear through out night not sleeping bcz of pain. Not any specific reason, age 4.5 year, weight : 24kg

Plse help me I get ear problem and ear his paining and ear from water coming and plse urgent give suggestions

My son is 10 years old. It is been approx. 20days he is facing difficulty in swallowing food. And a snoring noise is produced when he tries to swallow saliva. And complain of cough also

I've had lymph node swelling problem since 5 days.I checked up with ENT doctor and he asked me to perform ASO/CSO TITRE , USG and FNAC.Serology,immunology except haematology is not okay.My basophil,eosinophils and ESR are 00,00 and 21 respectively.By USG test,Doctor told 'Few subcentimeter lymph nodes in the left side of neck.'Is everything okay ?

I have been been suffering from throat issues often in the past 3 year.. Often get sore and tight and find difficult to talk. In the last few days i found a lump under the chi i.e below the ears. 2 years back one of the dr from home town asked me to go for endoscopy. Kindly advise is it something serious?
