Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have pain in my left year from last 4 days. in 2nd day of the start pain it covers broader area . but now it will reduce to centre of the ear and is constant pain since yesterday evening.

I have taken Sumo Cold , otrivin , and even warm fluid but my throat is getting worse Day by day. I am planning to gargle with warm saltwater and use chloraseptic for a trial. Please help me I am having fever with bad headaches I can't speak properly I am having immense pain what more can I do?

Taken scan on throat and found that cyst lesion. Please advice is ceftum and predmet is safe to take since I am giving breastfeeding

I have mild paralysis (weaknes) in left vocal cord since last two months. So wat is treatment for this
