Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am experiencing loud and sharp sound in my ear. Sime of the sounds are really very harsh to my ears and a continuous ring sound in my ear. I am very upset due to it. Please suggest, what problem is this and is it curable?

Cold , cough from last 15 days fluctuating Instantly consulted doctor. He has given sinarest and antibiotic for 3 days course after that i feel relax for 2-3 days. Again cold started. Now again cold and cough started.

Please see report of cbc and tell me if is there  any major problem or its a normal condition . I m worried.

I've been facing Tinnitus since 6 months.I consulted a fam. doctor near to our location.Doctor gave medicines and suggested audiologist.He checked & told I've minimal hearing loss.Again I went to hospital next time then doctor told that it's not cured with using medicines and suggested that do not think about Tinnitus.now it is increasing.solution

For throat infection I have talen AZAX 500, three tabs, one per day for three days. As I still have throat pain (lesser now) should I take three more tabs, over next three days.
