Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Right ear is paining badly. Used solvewax but didn't help. Need the quick relief. What should I do for it

From yesterday night, I have slight gidiness. Is it due to Labyrinthitis. I don't have sugar problem and I am very health conscious person. For the last one week I am getting sleep for 6 hours. Is it due to lack of sleep of ENT problem. Kindly help me with your advise, I am 48 years old and my weight is 85 kg height 178 cms.
